- Peter Y Davos (Founder and CEO)

Peter is a first generation university graduate, born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa, with a double major from Johns Hopkins University and spent his junior year abroad completing the General Course in International Relations at the London School of Economics. Peter holds master's degrees from Oxford University (Lady Margaret Hall) and Harvard University (Graduate School of Design), where he was selected Marshal of his class, and has completed UCLA's Certificate in University Counseling with Distinction and IECA's Summer Training Institute.

As a student, he received numerous awards and accolades, including the Graduate Merit Award for study at the London School of Economics, Harvard GSD Alumni Council Unsung Hero Book Prize (awarded to the student that contributes most to student life outside of the classroom), the Harvard GSD Colloredo-Mansfeld Prize for Superior Achievement in Real Estate Studies, the Harvard Real Estate Consortium Founders' Award, and membership in the Phi Beta Kappa, Golden Key, Order of Omega and Pi Sigma Alpha National Honor Societies.

Peter is the co-President of the Johns Hopkins Alumni Society of the UAE, member of the Johns Hopkins Second Decade Society, former member of the Johns Hopkins Alumni Council, and member of the Harvard GSD Alumni Council. He has been featured in over 100+ international news features in media outlets such as Gulf News, the National, Khaleej Times, Al Bayan, Arabian Business, Hindustan Times, Peninsula Qatar, Saudi Gazette, Times of Oman, City 7, Dubai One, Forbes Middle East, and Dubai Eye.
